Save our threatened species! Plant seedlings next to Giant Gippsland Earthworm colonies

Join South Gippsland Landcare Network and the Gippsland Threatened Species Action Group at this planting day which aims to put indigenous species back into these steep gullies, next to (not on top of) where the threatened earthworms can be found.

Register here

This planting is in Ranceby, 10min north of Arawata. The address will be sent to those who register closer to the time.

Please note there is a moderately steep 500m walk to the planting site. A moderate level of fitness is required. If you are looking for a planting day for small children our Pedal and Plant event will be a lot more suitable 🙂

Lunch will be provided after planting.

Please note there are no toilets on site.

This is a beautiful site with threatened Eucalypt species as well as Giant Gippsland Earthworms. Join us to help restore the health of this gully and the threatened species found there.
