SGLN UPDATE – DECEMBER 2025
Another busy year comes to an end!
It was exciting to be part of the Tarwin River Symposium last month. Our presenters, Siwan Lovett (Australian River Restoration Centre) and Matt Bowler (WGCMA), inspired participants to develop some really interesting project plans. We’re currently exploring ways to help our Groups implement some of these projects in 2026.
Another exciting event was the Mirboo North & District Community Foundation (MNDCF) AGM. We have been granted $10,000 by the Mirboo North Community Recovery Fund for our Biolinks Map. We’re looking forward to using the Biolinks Map to scope, develop and implement projects with the MNDCF that will further their post-storm recovery.
