2025 climate smart whole farm planning course wraps up

After 6 farm visits and theory sessions course participants met at the Leongatha Tennis Club to for the 7th and final session to finalize their plans and set goals for their farm future. Each attendee then presented their plan and their priority actions to their peers. We look forward to our catch up session in 6 months to see what everyone has achieved.

This course would not have been possible with out Pete Ronalds delivering the theory component and the generosity of the property owners who shared their knowledge, successes and failures and allowed us to visit their farms. We have received some really positive feedback from about the course,

“It very much exceeded my expectations in terms of breadth and depth of knowledge (theory and practical) and opportunity to meet like-minded people in the area. The material and delivery by Peter, clearly an authority with deep expertise, was top notch.”

We are also grateful for suggestions on how we might improve this course for 2026. Many participants expressed the desire to get more support on how to use online mapping tools for their properties and we are considering how we might be able to incorporate this.

EOIs are open for 2026 spaces are limited. Apply Now.
