DESCRIPTION:Enhancing a dam is a simple way to improve productivity and increase biodiversity on your property. \nDuring this information session and farm walk you will learn about the key findings of 25 years of research from the Australian National University Sustainable Farms Project. Witness first hand the ‘before and after’ story at the properties of experienced beef farmers Paul and Sam Crock. \nPaul and Sam have spent more than 20 years making improvements to their Foster property and have recently begun the process again. They are dedicated to having a sustainable and environmentally sensitive operation. Learn how they have balanced improving their land for the environment while running a successful enterprise and prioritising stock health. \nWould you like native fish in your dam?
