DESCRIPTION:Join us to celebrate Landcare Week! Pedal\, walk\, hop\, skip or join a guided tour along the Great Southern Rail Trail for fun and tree planting at Ruby! \nSouth Gippsland Landcare Network and South Gippsland Shire Council are again partnering with Arawata Landcare Group for hours of fun planting 1500 indigenous trees\, shrubs and grasses by the side of the Great Southern Rail Trail. \nWe’ll meet at Ruby Hall and make our way by bike or guided walking bus to the planting site\, about 1.5 kilometres along the trail. We’ll learn about the native plants and animals already living along the rail trail as we walk.
