Dick is one of the earliest plant growers in South Gippsland, supplying tubestock from the 1990s to 2012 via his Terraflora Nursery. He has undertaken restoration work on his own family farm and runs the annual Eucalyptus Day.

Graham is a member of the Corner Inlet Landcare group. He has carried out significant revegetation on his 100 acre property near Foster.

After a long career in Melbourne, Herb returned to Nerrena where he lives with his daughter on 260 acres of mainly remnant vegetation. He belongs to the Nerrena Tarwin Valley Landcare Group of which his parents were inaugural members.
